BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY
HOW DOES THE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEE WORK?

Any last minute cancellations (under 12hrs Notice) or no shows will automatically be charged a Cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment amount to the card used to reserve the appointment.

NO CALL NO SHOWS GET NO REFUNDS

For last minute cancellations I will forward 50% of your no show fee to your rescheduled appointment BUT it has to be within 7 days of original service date

If your service is over 2hrs Long and you leave in under an hour while waiting for me to finish up with my current guest, that’s a last minute cancellation and you will be charged 100% of your service fee.
